Octizo ("we", "us") is an operations improvement and automation studio based in Kosovo. This policy explains what limited personal data this website collects, why, and what your choices are.
Data we collect
- Contact form. When you submit the contact form we receive the name, work email, company, role, country, area of interest, and message you provide, so we can respond to your inquiry.
- Analytics. If enabled, we use a privacy-friendly analytics tool that measures aggregate traffic (such as page views and referrers) without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.
How we use it
We use the information you send only to reply to your inquiry, to scope potential work, and to keep in touch about that work. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it goes
Contact-form submissions are handled by our form and email providers purely to deliver your message to us. Analytics data is processed by our analytics provider in aggregate form. We do not share your personal data with third parties beyond these service providers.
Retention
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to follow up and to maintain a record of our correspondence, then delete them when they are no longer required.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data you have sent us. To do so, email lumi@octizo.com and we will respond promptly.
